Before you return merchandise PLEASE read and FOLLOW the directions.

If you are not completely satisfied with Flex Seal® you have 30-days to return any UNUSED cans for a full refund, less the original processing and handling fee. Just call our customer service center at 1-800-307-6201 and ask for a return merchandise authorization number- RMA #. Once you receive the RMA# place the UNUSED cans in the original box along with the original packing slip. Clearly mark the RMA# on the outside of the box and on the packing slip and send to:

Once we receive and inspect the merchandise we will credit your credit card for a full refund less the original processing and handling.
